Shipping policy

Where we ship. Anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently ship outside SA.

How long it takes. 3–5 working days nationally. Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day from Springs, Gauteng. Typical transit: Gauteng 1–2 working days; Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein 2–3; outlying and farm addresses 3–5. Public holidays and courier delays outside our control may extend this.

Couriers. The Courier Guy (door-to-door) and Pudo (locker-to-door and locker-to-locker). A tracking link is sent by email and WhatsApp on collection.

Cost. Free delivery on orders of R450 and over. Below that, the delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay, based on your address and the option you choose. Pudo lockers are the cheapest option.

Collection. Free collection in Dal Fouche, Springs, on weekdays by arrangement. Choose "Collect in Springs" at checkout.

Stock. All items are held in stock in Springs. We do not dropship. If an item is unavailable it is marked sold out and cannot be ordered.
