Refund policy

7-day change of mind. In line with section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason. Return the item unused and in its original packaging and we will refund the product price. Return courier costs are for your account unless the error was ours.

6-month defect warranty. In line with section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, if goods are defective or not fit for purpose within 6 months of delivery you may choose a repair, replacement or full refund. We arrange and pay for collection.

Wrong or damaged on arrival. Contact us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will dispatch a replacement on the next working day.

Exclusions. Opened hygiene consumables (training pads, poop bags) are not returnable under change of mind, unless faulty. Bundles are returned as a complete set.

Refund timing. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of the returned item reaching us in Springs.

How to start a return. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number before sending anything. We reply within one working day with collection or drop-off instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order and may be delayed.
