Delivery
3–5 working days anywhere in South Africa. Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day leave Springs the same day. Gauteng usually sees the parcel in 1–2 working days; Cape Town, Durban and the other metros in 2–3; farms and outlying areas in 3–5.
We ship with The Courier Guy and Pudo. You'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp the moment the parcel is collected. Pudo locker delivery is the cheapest option if there's a locker near you.
Free delivery on orders over R450. Below that, delivery is calculated at checkout — usually R60–R95 depending on where you are and whether you pick a locker or your door.
Everything on the site is in stock in Springs. If something sells out, the page will say so — we don't take money for things we don't have.
Returns and refunds
7-day change of mind. Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery for any reason. Send it back unused, in its original packaging, and we'll refund the product price. The return courier is for your account unless we got something wrong.
6 months on faults. Under the Consumer Protection Act, if something is defective or not fit for purpose within 6 months of delivery, you can have it repaired, replaced or refunded — your choice. We collect at our cost.
Wrong or damaged on arrival. WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement the next working day. No forms.
Not returnable: opened training pads and poop bags, for obvious reasons, unless faulty.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return reaching us.
How to start a return
Email us or WhatsApp us with your order number. We'll reply within one working day with a collection or drop-off option. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first — we can't match a parcel to an order without it.
