Is this a dropshipping store?
No. Everything is physically in Springs before it's listed. That's the whole point — 3–5 working days instead of 3–5 weeks.
Why is everything under R500?
Because that's the price band where you should be able to buy something for your dog without a family meeting. It also keeps us honest about what we stock: nothing overpriced, nothing you'd regret.
Do you sell dog food?
No, and we're not going to. Food is heavy, margin-thin and there are people who do it well already. We do the gear.
Where's PawTag?
PawTag — our NFC scan-to-return pet tag — is finishing field testing on real dogs. It'll appear in the Made in South Africa collection as soon as it's ready. Join the mailing list at the bottom of the page to hear first.
Can I collect in Springs?
Yes — choose "Collect in Springs" at checkout and we'll WhatsApp you when it's ready. Dal Fouche, weekdays.
What if my dog destroys it?
If it's a defect, we replace it (see Delivery & Returns). If it's a boerboel doing boerboel things to a plush toy, that's on the boerboel — but tell us anyway; it helps us decide what to stock.
How do I get hold of a human?
